Job Description: Our co-op role offers the opportunity to engage in defining and delivering technical solutions for our Genesys platform. As an Engineer Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to key aspects of our telephony systems and customer interaction solutions.

YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
  • Engage in technical discussions with business representatives for high-level requirements understanding.
  • Assist in developing strategy and tactical approaches for Genesys platform, aligned with business goals.
  • Support the ECCS team in consultation and daily operations.
  • Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes and call center call flows design.
  • Maintain documentation for telephony-related activities.
  • Manage incidents, liaising with service partners or vendors as required.
  • Assist with telecommunications operations, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Process changes to staffing and disaster recovery conditions.
  • Liaise with third parties, internal teams, and customers for effective voice service delivery.
  • Perform billing analysis, invoice review, and breakdown.
  • Support new and existing platforms and projects.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in contact center technology and support.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail in network administration tasks.

NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Prior co-op/internship experience in IT or network-related roles.
  • Basic understanding of Genesys or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications systems and customer service solutions.
