Job Description: Embark on our immersive co-op journey into the world of Unix and Storage Systems Administration with The Travel Corporation. This co-op role isn't just about gaining experience; it's an opportunity to play a significant role in the technological landscape of a global travel leader. We're looking for a driven, innovative 3rd year student to join our dynamic IT team, where you'll contribute to key projects and acquire real-world skills in system administration.

YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
  • Proactive System Monitoring & Maintenance: Engage in the active monitoring of our Linux servers and storage systems, learning to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Use ServiceNow for efficient issue management, developing IT service management skills.
  • System Documentation & Analysis: Assist in system documentation and analysis for R&D projects.
  • Introduction to Change Management: Understand the importance of change management in ensuring system reliability.
  • Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with experienced professionals on system deployment and management.
