You will work in a dynamic environment that includes maintaining an understanding of Ericsson’s complex and evolving Continuous Integration (CI) solution to perform operational duties to support the solution. As well, you will be encouraged to continually evaluate and suggest improvements to our processes and ways of working. We expect you to understand Product Development and the Product Life Cycle. We are looking for someone who is flexible enough to adapt and respond quickly to change while delivering results to meet our customers’ expectations. You are encouraged to be able to plan and drive your own work, but also work within a team to reach common goals. You will join our CI Team to help define, refine and support a state-of-the-art CI platform that is being used by Ericsson to integrate, verify and deploy its 4G/5G RAN solutions.   What you will do  Monitor, triage and report issues impacting the test equipment within the CI Production system Investigate and solve issues (ex: configuration problems with automated verification jobs or equipment) Discuss and implement improvements for the team’s ways of working and the CI platform itself
Job Requirements:	You will bring An academic background in science or engineering  Experience working with Linux/Unix Excellent analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills Self-motivation to work well under pressure Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to adapt and respond to change in a positive way Willingness to give support and share experiences with colleagues A desire to work with new and emerging technologies Product development and product lifecycle knowledge Telecommunications knowledge including test equipment configurations is considered an asset
