Organization Profile Bayer Radiology & Informatics is the provider of the Radimetrics, an Enterprise-class medical software in the developing field of radiation dose tracking. Radimetrics integrates with hospital imaging databases in order to capture radiation information for analysis and reporting and is currently deployed at many hospitals throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. We are at the forefront of medical imaging radiation dose research, collaborating with research institutes throughout North America. You will work with colleagues in all aspects of the full software development life cycle, from gathering requirements, designing and implementing specifications, testing, debugging, and deployment of our product, Radimetrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating future interns and other team members into the development team. Career Development and Training • Exposure to commercial software production environments. • Familiarity with medical information technologies (DICOM, HL7) • Exposure to common software technologies (Java, SQL, ReactJS, Cloud Architecture, Python, Source Control) |

| Job Requirements: |
• Develop software for estimating and tracking radiation exposure in medical imaging. • Develop interfaces for consumption of derived data. • Support resolution of on-site customer issues • Perform integration, tests, validation, maintenance and updates of the software. • Work with clinical specialists to validate and improve the software. • Write documentation on features being developed. • Communicate design progress, participating in development meetings. Required Skills • Object Oriented programming and ability to program in Java is required. • Web based programming using JavaScript, CSS or similar is necessary. • Proficiency with SQL is preferred. • Proficiency with React will be preferred. • Good communication, work ethic and teamwork skills are critical |
